Overview

Ground Training

Master airline SOPs, safety procedures, flight planning essentials, Briefing and debriefing protocols, and more with our expert-led sessions.

Simulator Training

Train in multi-crew environments, practicing complex scenarios in a risk-free, realistic setup. Here is where you get to practice emergency protocols, advanced maneuvers, and crew resource management (CRM).

Line Training

Log actual flight hours on real airline routes under professional supervision where you get to learn to navigate commercial airspace, communicate with ATC, manage in-flight operations, and gain exposure of real and in-flight situations.

Eligibility Requirements

Age

You must be a minimum of 17 years of age to apply.

Education

Completed 10+2 education with an aggregate of 55% in the subjects of Math, Physics, and English. Or, an equivalent degree from NIOS with the mentioned subjects.

Medical Fitness

Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate from a DGCA-authorised examiner.

Language Proficiency

Strong command of English (ICAO Level 4 or above).

License

Hold a valid DGCA CPL with Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (ME-IR).

Flight Experience

Must have a minimum accumulated flight hours of 250.

Simulator Training

Completion of simulator training on the Airbus A320 or Boeing B737.

Learning Schedule

Dive deep into Ground School covering sessions on airline operations, regulations, and safety protocols. Then, get Simulator Training where you will get real-world scenario practice using state-of-the-art A320 and B737 simulators. Next, participate under Supervised Line Flying with actual flights with live passengers alongside experienced captains. Finally, you will go through Final Line Check where you will get certification ensuring your readiness to operate independently as a First Officer.
