flydubai operates a young fleet of 97+ Boeing 737 aircraft serving 140+ destinations, with 125 Boeing 737 MAX and 30 Boeing 787 Dreamliners on order — making this cadet pathway a long-term, strategic investment rather than a one-off intake.

In-person assessment in Dubai
Shortlisted candidates are invited to Dubai for the final assessment: a repeat of selected assessments in a supervised environment, a panel interview, and medical clearance.
Panel Interview

Medical Clearance

Four training phases, zero hours to Second Officer

Phase 1 — Ground School
Conducted at the flydubai Flight Training Centre in Dubai. Covers all GCAA-approved ATPL theoretical knowledge subjects: Air Law, Meteorology, Navigation, Performance, Mass & Balance, Human Performance, Instruments, Radio Navigation, Flight Planning, and General Navigation.
