Overview
Foundation Ground School
Cadets begin with core aviation subjects, building a strong theoretical base in aerodynamics, aircraft systems, meteorology, navigation, and aviation regulations, all taught with an airline-oriented approach.
Practical Flight Training
Structured flight training develops skills progressively, starting from basic aircraft handling to advanced manoeuvres, navigation, and instrument flying under close instructor supervision.
Simulator and Systems Training
High-fidelity simulators are used extensively to train aircraft systems, standard procedures, and abnormal and emergency scenarios, ensuring strong procedural discipline.
Multi-Crew and Airline Operations
Training places emphasis on crew coordination, communication, and airline cockpit culture, preparing cadets for multi-crew jet operations.
Final Assessment and Induction
After successful evaluations, cadets progress toward induction as First Officers with Flydubai, following airline-specific training and standards.

Eligibility Requirements
Minimum Age: 17-18 years
Educational Qualification: 10+2 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics
Language Proficiency: Strong command of English (spoken and written)
Medical Requirement: Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate
Other Requirements: Aptitude assessments and selection processes as defined by Flydubai
